How to Throw a memorable Outdoor Party (100+ Attendees)

This listing is to accommodate mid-sized, single payer groups (ex. employee engagement events) of 100+ attendees with a session recording for private distribution.

How to Throw a memorable Outdoor Party

• Learn to draft a blueprint to remodel outdoor space and plan your next event.
• Create a mood board with inspirational pictures to rearrange, plan, decorate, light up and entertain all summer.
• Cook nutritious appetizers with our surprise chef guest.
• Understand and learn how to use lights and cameras to improve the virtual presence of your event.

Here's an outline of what will be covered in this session:

1.) Introduction. What is a micro-party, and which are the essential design elements that we can use to succeed in our event?

2.) Outdoor Entertaining
We will learn how to create a space for entertaining and cooking in style and within a budget. From adding fire pits, a bar, and dining areas to cooking with portable outdoor kitchens. As we continue to spend more time at home, preparing for summer micro‐parties with a virtual presence, whether in your backyard or at a park, will keep us socially connected and strengthen our family and business relationships.

3) Let's create our floorplan
After choosing the main elements that we want to include in our party, we'll need to develop a blueprint with the best configuration to maximize our space and experience. Just print and cut the pieces from the "Floorplan kit" and follow our recommendations.

3.) Focus on the color and details for the tablescape, floor, and seats.
We love vibrant or minimalist spaces though we will learn why we are fascinated by one another as we keep creating our mood board with the ideas and color palette that will define your style.

4.) Our surprise Chef will give us meaningful tips on how to cook appetizers for our parties.

5.) Creating magic with entertainment.
We will explore different fun ideas to turn on tunes, watch a movie, and set the perfect mood with lights.

6.) Learning to set your cameras and gear to have a virtual presence.
We will learn how to choose and use webcams, light, mics, tripods, and more.

7.) One‐on‐one questions with our surprise guest.

8.) One‐on‐one questions with Cinthya.

Session details, technology requirements and final arrangements will be covered after a session has been purchased.
