Desk Stretching & Yoga (<20 Attendees)

This listing is to accommodate small, single payer groups (ex. employee engagement events) of up to 20 people.

You're not new to this skin you're in, but when was the last time you stopped to focus on the vessel? Enjoy a series of easy movements that can be done in the comfort of your Home Office or back in the Cubicle.

All levels are welcome, many adaptations are available for both beginners and avid movement enthusiasts! This session ends with a brief Meditative practice.

Session details, technology requirements, and final arrangements will be covered after a session has been purchased.
